Summary/Objective(s)
This role is responsible for designing our divisions’ websites from a User Experience and User Interface perspective. This role will collaborate with project managers, graphic designers, and developers to help deliver experiences that drive customer success. As the UX designer, you will be improving existing user flows and create new user flows that will help increase conversion rate and reduce the number of clicks per purchase. This role will also be responsible for standardizing the styling used on each of our divisions’ websites to ensure we have a cohesive “mobile first” digital experience.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Requirements
Education
High School Degree
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or an equivalent discipline is a plus

Ability to type over 50 adjusted words per minute
