The Cadence Group is looking for a part-time/contractor level recruiter to assist with sourcing, screening and other administrative tasks relative to the hiring process. In this position, the recruiter’s primary functions would include:
*Sourcing candidates by using databases and social media
*Filtering candidates and setting up initial interviews
*Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge and skills
*Act as a point of contact during the recruiting process
*Promote company’s culture as a great place to work
*Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis
*Other organizational tasks as requested
An ideal candidate would have the following:
*2-10 years of relevant experience in a professional setting. Proven work experience as a recruiter preferred
*Familiarity with professional social networking and ability to conduct different types of interviews
*Proficient computer skills including Gmail, Google Calendar, social media outlets such as LinkedIn as well as HR Databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
*Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
