We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst on our Marketing team to maintain quality standards that translate design specification into excellent and accurate customer-facing digital experiences. You will participate in the planning, design and execution of test plans and ongoing marketing, to ensure flawless execution in collaboration with colleagues across all pertinent departments. You will also be the voice of our marketing and our customers through participation in inter-departmental daily stand ups and sprint planning. Drive the accuracy and quality of our customer-facing digital functionality and content – from solicitation through remarketing, retargeting, enrollment, and post-enrollment servicing – as we introduce our innovative new technology platform.
•Create, implement, and lead an effective QA process with quality standards and metrics to help identify issue types and levels of severity for digital marketing content and technology
•Create testing processes and routines that are efficient, repeatable and trackable
•Schedule and perform a combination of manual and automated testing during development and deployment of digital marketing campaigns and technology enhancements to measure product quality and release readiness
•Automate and streamline overall testing processes through selection of testing applications and methods
•Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality, to proactively identify potential problems users might encounter and help develop solutions
•Actively collaborate with digital platform manager and developers to clarify functional and non-functional requirements and use cases to be tested
•Actively participate in the planning, designing and execution of various types of digital marketing and platform testing, based on business requirements and application design
•Write test cases, conduct risk analysis, analyze product features to be tested
•Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing
•Accurately record test progress, bugs and defects, and communicate to website and systems developers to drive needed improvement
•3+ years of demonstrated experience in a Quality Assurance role to translate digital platforms into optimal consumer-facing experiences
•Familiarity with JIRA or similar tracking software preferred
•Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
•Ability to interact at all levels and collaborate in daily working relationships and cross-departmental team environment
•Familiarity with or ability to adapt to agile teams approach
•Expertise managing project work and tasks and able to handle multiple requests at once
•Excellent time management and project planning/strategizing skills
•Experience with integrated system testing, QA testing and user acceptance testing
•Familiarity with ADA standards and compliance for customer-facing digital content
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
