Your focus will be on delivering the best customer and client digital marketing experience -- emails, social media, website experiences, and more -- integrated with or independent of our direct mail marketing.
As Quality Assurance Manager on our Marketing team, you will be responsible for checking the accuracy of content and functionality of our customer-facing websites, emails, and other digital media. You will perform hands-on testing of the customer experience and work with our web developers and technical teams to identify and fix any errors, help find needed solutions, and enhance overall accuracy.
