The IT Field Supervisor reports to the Director of Network Services and oversees the daily duties of the IT field technicians and ensure the timely resolution of work-orders and project work related to end users, endpoints, peripherals, and software. Prioritizing of work and escalation of complex problems to TOA IT and vendors support teams and detailed documentation of resolutions will be required. Inventory control of all PC’s and peripherals as well as the regular patching and updating of PC images and endpoints following business best practices.
