Position Summary: The Ensemble Coordinator is responsible for providing support and assistance to the Cincinnati Symphony Youth Orchestra (CSYO) program and ensemble conductors. The Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting with the onsite execution of rehearsals, performances, auditions, and other related events as assigned. The position interacts with students and serves as a point of contact.
The Coordinator will work an average of 10-15 hours per week and will not exceed 20 hours per week. These hours will fluctuate as needing during concert and special event weeks. Some remote, administrative work will be needed to carry out needs of the ensemble. The Coordinator will work with the Director of Learning to determine these hours as needed.
