Ribometrix is seeking to fill the role of Director/VP Human Resources with an experienced professional who has built young teams, managed company growth, and implemented policies, procedures and practices that support and facilitate the development of a biotech company’s most important resource, the individuals that bring the passion, innovation, character, and personality (Talent). Leadership for all Human Resources related functions, policies, practices, and employment regulatory compliance in conjunction with and reporting to the COO/CFO.
Member of the senior management team responsible for corporate strategy and execution
