Our Project Manager will oversee and manage onboarding/implementations for new customers,  new professional and technical services for existing customers, and some internal company projects. They will lead projects from conception through deployment, manage resources and logistics, and partner with internal and external teams to provide solutions to meet the project’s objectives.


Our Project Manager reports to the Senior Professional Services Manager, touching base on project status, blockers, and feedback. They will work with a variety of personalities, both internally and externally, including customers.. To be successful, our Project Manager is expected to over-communicate, stay organized, lead with professionalism, and have fun! 

To accomplish the required work, the person in this position must take initiative with little supervision, participate in team projects, prioritize tasks based on team goals and needs, and communicate effectively about project workflow and priorities. And that means it will be necessary to be extremely organized yet flexible.

Requirements

Our Successful Product Managers Possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent learning such as a PMP Certification;
  • Demonstrated success in managing large enterprise projects spanning multiple months/years - which is typically possessed by those with at least 5 years experience in a Project Management role;
  • Leadership qualities and management skills of both people and projects that are just as effective with or without line authority;
  • Proficient communication skills and the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback to and from C-level executives, Product Managers, Team Members and customers;
  • Ability to independently prioritize work to be done and in delegating that work so that it is done well and on time;
  • An understanding of and fascination with user experience;
  • An obsession with continuous improvement; and
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities.

This Will Not Be the Right Opportunity For Those Who:

  • Lack the confidence and appropriate assertiveness needed to effectively hold the line regarding project timelines and scope creep;
  • Don’t know how to use data to document and communicate;
  • Don’t understand change management and the need to create solutions promptly and convincingly;
  • Lack leadership skills and experience;
  • Aren’t able to set direction, expectations, and standards and communicate those effectively; or
  • Want to be left alone in a cubicle and uninvolved with teams and people.
