Orchestra, based in Portland, OR, had a primary focus on providing an all-in-one business management software for craft beverage manufacturers. We came together to complement one another and provide a best-in-class industry solution around the world. Analysts are our first line of support for our customers, working directly with them to help effectively run our software in the most efficient way to support their business. Analysts provide guidance to our customers on the best practices for product usage. Common resolution needs include correcting login issues, reporting discrepancies, new functionality requests, and a variety of technical issues they may encounter within the software. The role of an Analyst requires diligence in problem-solving, the ability to easily grasp what the customer needs, and the ability to adapt to a variety of tools and knowledge levels.
