All Chicago manages the Homeless Management Information System, the database which contains data on Chicagoans experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness and the services they receive. Our team supports more than 1000 individuals with training, helpdesk services, and running and interpreting reports. Chicago also leverages this data to drive allocation decisions, set strategy and policy, and monitor progress toward ending homelessness.

The Accounts Payable Associate is a key member of the Finance and Administrative team. The Accounts Payable Associate’s primary responsibilities are to coordinate the accounts payable and vendor management of the organization, and to coordinate the daily accounts payable activities surrounding our main client assistance programs.
Accounts Payable Management – 70%
Accounting Activities – 15%
Accounts Receivable and Cash Management – 10%
Operations – 5%
