We are recruiting a new hire to join our warehouse team. We are hoping to hire an applicant with a significant amount of experience so this applicant can fully support the warehouse team from the start. 

This position is a full time position that starts @ $17.50-$20.00/ hr and includes a sign-on bonus and a full benefits package.

This hire will participate in the following:

• Receive (all) inbound freight, verifying that the inventory that is received matches our purchase orders...
• Use a reach truck to place both the incoming stock and the raw materials inventory into our rack systems. Some of those racks are 5 pallets high, some racks are push back racks that are 5 pallet positions deep, and the staging racks are drive through racks that are 8 positions deep...
• Rotate and straighten the finished goods inventory in the racks...daily...
• Pull outbound orders and prepare for shipping.  This process involves both pulling full pallets and manually combining multiple items together to be placed on combined pallets.  Those pallets are then scanned, wrapped via shrink wrapper, and staged for shipping.
• Ship (all) outbound freight, verifying that scanned items do in fact match shipping manifests...
• All scanning is performed utilizing hand held scanners and tablets.
• Overtime is offered in the spring and summer months.

All applicants must have a minimum of (3) years of experience working in a warehouse and a minimum of (2) years of experience operating reach trucks and/or stand-up fork-lifts. It is essential that all applicants are comfortable in a busy environment as there is a lot of activity in our facility. We both manufacture and distribute the products that we sell here in Saint Louis.
