Luxury Salon Seeking Customer Service Coordinator

Rizzieri is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for our Moorestown salon, spa and barbershop.

The Position: The role of a Customer Service Coordinator is an important role as they are the initial contact between guests and Rizzieri. A Customer Service Coordinator must be able to interact with guests and give them a positive impression of the organization, multitask, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills to fulfill the duties associated with the position. Individuals should be highly motivated, professional and remain composed in pressurized situations.

o Excellent customer service skills, verbal communication, listening skills and consultation skills
o Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a fast-paced, team- oriented environment
o Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
o Basic computer skills
o Detail oriented
o Ability to work a flexible schedule, days, nights, weekends
o Must possess a well-groomed appearance fashion forward a must)
o Minimum of high school diploma, GED or equivalent
The primary duties of this position include, but are not limited to:
Essential Duties:
· Greet and escort guests to the waiting area or locker room efficiently and in a friendly manner
· Knowledgeable on all services and products offered by the Company
· Actively promote the salon and/or spa, treatments, services, and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available
· Handle guests check out transactions (charges and payments) on services rendered or purchases made in the facility- via mobile iPad and pos stations
· Assist in all areas of the facility operations as requested by management
· Treat all guests like family by creating a warm, welcoming environment.
· Maintain safe work practices, sanitation for workspaces after each guest and hygiene standards.
· May also be required to perform other clerical duties as assigned
