The employee in this position shall provide assistance in the Business Office as the Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant. The person in this position is expected to possess and practice common sense, discretion, accuracy, and honesty in the performance of his/her duties. The person in this position will process general AR entries and accounting transactions as directed by the HR & Business Services Manager for the Warm Beach Camp Ministries as a whole with transactions from each campus. This position is also apart of the Business Office and HR team and will provide assistance in general administration needs and HR & Payroll tasks as assigned. The person in this position shall, at all times, work cooperatively with colleagues, guests, customers and supervisors. Regular attendance is essential for this position. Adherence to a published, departmental schedule is expected and required.

This is a full-time, year-round position.
This position is not a regular supervisory position. There may be some volunteers and/or projects to oversee at times or supervisory responsibilities during The Lights of Christmas as lead staff when HR & Business Services Manager is not present that event night.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; Excel, Word, Teams etc. and the experience and/or ability to learn and understand Accounting Software.
