Office Maintenance Worker

Position Summary

The Office Maintenance Worker is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the all RTTH locations while maintaining a positive attitude.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure all flooring is kept clean at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of front office bathrooms at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness of front office areas including garbage and recycling bins and windows.
  • Maintain cleanliness of all RTTH locations private offices, event space (tasting kitchen, training room, tasting rooms, bar, etc.) and Front of the House customer and public areas.
  • Ensure the parking lot and sidewalks are free from litter and debris.
  • Respond to all maintenance requests.
  • Occasional repairs and maintenance. (lightbulbs, painting, carpentry, etc.)
  • Report to work in proper uniform as outlined in the Back of the House Dress Code Policy.
  • Perform other relevant duties as required
Requirements

Education and Experience: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  •  5 or more years of handywork or related experience needed to perform duties of this position.
  •  Proficient use of hand and power tools.
  •  General Plumbing knowledge: toilets, faucets, fix leaks, etc.

Language Skills

Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently. Bilingual skills preferred.
