Job Title: Farmhouse Waitstaff Reports to: Farmhouse Restaurant Manager
Description: Provide outstanding service to all dining guests at the Farmhouse Fine Dining Restaurant.
Responsibilities:
-Greet all guests
-Take and deliver food and beverage orders
-Ensure guest satisfaction
-Resolve customer complaints and concerns with the assistance of the manager
-Practice responsible alcohol service
-Take guest payment
-Provide full knowledge of food and beverage
-Employ proper serving technique
-Assist manager in monitoring public areas
-Maintain a clean and safe working area
-Uphold all health code regulations
-Maintains a high standard of hygiene on the property
-Completes all side work and breakfast setup
General:
-Communicates issues, concerns, complaints, compliments and suggestions to your manager, and not to other associates, guests, etc.
-Perform other duties as assigned by management
Dress Code:
-Employee is responsible for providing the following items for the uniform: Light blue oxford button down shirt, khaki dress pants, black or brown shoes (non-slip), wine opener (key style), pens
The Farmhouse will provide: Apron and Tie
Requirements/Qualifications:
-Must be 18 years of age or older
-Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays
-Must provide proof of PA RAMP certification
-Ability to learn and understand menu
-Able to stand for extended periods
-Able to tolerate use of cleaning chemicals Ex: Sanitizer to clean trays
-Ability to multi task
-Excellent customer service skills
-Work well under pressure
-Pleasant and outgoing personality
