Out Teach is seeking experienced elementary educators to provide training and coaching. Candidates that are selected will become part of a pool, hired temporarily on an as-needed basis. This position reports to a Lead Coach and delivers the highest quality products and services to our district and school partners, consistently and with fidelity. Instructional Coaches develop meaningful relationships with teachers and school administrators to provide training and job-embedded coaching. This position also develops lesson plans and other instructional tools to support coaching activities as needed. Additionally, coaches are responsible for implementing elements of the organization’s evaluation plan. We serve schools and districts in locations including but not limited to Washington D.C., Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, and Texas. Coaches must be able to travel to multiple counties and districts within their service area.
