Job Description

Powerrail is seeking a reliable and passionate individual who has the ability to multitask with attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Maintains all accounts payable files to include scanning/filing invoices in designated areas and updating vendor information on computer.*

2. Matches purchase orders with vendor invoices to assure accuracy and prepare for computer entry on a daily basis.*

3. Mails accounts payable checks with appropriate supporting documentation.*

4. Monitors all paperwork, invoices, correspondence and verbal communication with vendors.*

5. Researches and responds to all accounts payable inquiries in a prompt manner.*

6. Enter AR invoices accurately on designated website for our customers.

7. Support in other accounting tasks as needed.   

 Requirements

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel

· A/P experience is a plus

· Ability to multi-task

· Team player

· Attention to detail 

· Problem solving skills

· Excellent Organization skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Customer Service experience preferred

· Knowledge of ERP software a plus
