Managers oversee daily operations in the store selling everyday items. Their responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, collaborating with vendors, ensuring that safety policies are implemented, solving customer complaints, and developing community relationships. We value leadership, supervisory skills, organization, commercial awareness, and teamwork. Retail management experience is preferred but it is not mandatory for this role.
