The position of assistant cross country and track and field coach is a full-time position which reports to the head track and field/cross country coach and assists with the coaching and administrative duties of the men’s and women’s cross country and track and field programs.
Specific responsibilities include: designing and implementing training programs and practice regimens for long, triple and high jump athletes; evaluating and recruiting prospective cross country and track and field student-athletes; monitoring the academic performance of certain track and field student-athletes as assigned by the head track and field/cross country coach; and performing other duties as assigned.
