What is primary need, technical challenge, and/or problem you will be responsible for?
You will be partnering with the Dizzion sales, marketing, and customer delivery teams directly responsible to develop, maintain, expand, long-term vision and goals in collaboration with our strategic partners by establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts, and align our partner success criteria with that of each partner.
Dizzion's channel partnerships are assigned based on geography, channel, or market. Responsibilities also include achieving sales and profitability targets and partner recruitment objectives. You will represent our entire range of products and services for assigned partners, though focus may vary if tasked in a specific industry vertical.
You are motivated to exceed expectations and will lead the necessary collaboration, development, execution of joint go-to-market activities with the company’s strategic partners (and across the Dizzion internal teams), to help develop practices, processes, and systems that enable scale and support rapid growth.
Additionally, you will collaborate with partner marketing to drive the creation and execution of sales and marketing content that build best-of-breed reputation, demand generation programs, and campaigns that drive partner-related revenue and build awareness and inbound interest for Dizzion offerings through active participation in our partners’ programs (and their partner ecosystems).
Lastly, you will proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis and maintain consistent partner and internal communications with periodic reviews measuring and reporting performance against goals, and managing potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement and compliance with partner agreements.
This role is critical to Dizzion’s short and long-term success.
