The Opportunity: The Contact Center Specialist is responsible for activities within the Senior Solutions Call Center, ensuring that care is provided to our clients by assisting local operations to answer inbound calls, work any open shifts, fill new cases, and fill new open shifts as Caregivers call out. This position will address real-time scheduling issues as they arise within the scope of the department. Duties include but are not limited to confirming schedules for billing; communicating with insurance companies and other payers for authorizations, renewals, and issues; giving guidance to caregivers to ensure care is provided within company standards. This position will report to the Contact Center Supervisor, with close guidance and indirect supervision from the Scheduling Director.
