We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager on our travel team. Your first project will be located in College Park, Maryland--a 9 story residential building. As Project Manager, you will work closely with the client to help them complete their construction goals and realize their true vision while developing a partnership and long-term relationship. As an ideal PM, you have passion for building and broad construction knowledge in the areas of field operations, safety, quality, project management, preconstruction, client relationships, and strategy.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or similar programs
A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, field engineering, or estimating
Proficient in budgeting, scheduling, and cost control, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience estimating and managing concrete, masonry, steel, and carpentry components of general construction is helpful
Working knowledge of any of the following software is a plus: CMiC, OnCenter, Timberline, PlanGrid, Revit and/or Bluebeam
