NJI is a wildly creative and strategically disciplined agency with offices in London, Washington, D.C., and Singapore. We work seamlessly across teams and time zones to align and deliver for our clients.
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager on the West Coast to join our global account team. The ideal candidate is able to anticipate client needs, navigate ambiguity, and develop strong working relationships across the agency and with the client. The right person for this role enjoys working with a team, but can also work autonomously on numerous projects when required. Down to earth, professional and efficient, the right candidate will be a self-starter that can manage multiple tasks simultaneously across a global account — on-time and on-budget without compromising quality. This person needs to be U.S. West Coast-based, ideally in the Bay Area, but open to the entire PST time zone.
You must be a skilled and seasoned project and account lead with the ability to work with strategic, creative, and technical leads to ensure the successful completion of complex projects on deadline. Innate attention to detail is your superpower. You demonstrate a level of EQ alongside your technical knowledge and project management skills, and embody a team-centric ethos of always going the extra mile to support a colleague or client. At times, hours can be unpredictable, require you to wake up in a different part of the world, or to facilitate a last minute request on a Friday afternoon.
The Senior Project Manager builds, maintains and supports important client relationships, ensures the highest quality of deliverables, and brings structure and dedication to their work every day. This role is a focal point for delivery across the US project portfolio while still keeping up-to-date on daily project activities.
You must have real world experience successfully managing and leading projects with complex data/content inputs, as well as multifaceted projects with extensive design deliverables. An eagle eye for process and proofing, the best candidate will be a wizard with words, grammar, timelines, and client communications.
