Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity to combine your project management expertise and your leadership skills? We are a growing, 50-person engineering services firm in Tempe looking for a mentorship-minded leader to bring deep project management expertise to our team. With a team of two Project Coordinators and an organizational portfolio of 90+ projects, IMS is a national leader in pavement management for Cities and Counties. We’re looking for someone to bring best-in-class project management practices to our firm and invest in the development of our project team.
IMS is a growing pavement analysis company with operations across North America. For more than 35 years, the company has used high-tech equipment to scan streets, sidewalks, and other road-related assets for city and county governments. We are growing quickly and are looking for top-notch players to join us in our growth.
We specialize in the collection of road condition data and right-of-way assets (such as street signs, streetlights, curbs/gutters, and sidewalks). The data is collected through a variety of technology solutions including electronic sensors and observations captured through touch screens. The data is post processed and analyzed to produce asset inventories, condition assessments, financial evaluations, and multi-year infrastructure improvement plans for our clients.
We take pride in being a great place to work for everyone at IMS - from our engineers to our field crews. This starts with a culture based on our 5 Core Values, which we use as the foundation of our hiring and performance review processes:
