What You’ll Enjoy Doing
The Engineering PDM Administrator position is responsible for maintaining and improving the systems which engineers use to maintain product data, overseeing the document release processes, and assisting in managing product requests to engineering.
o Maintain, manage, and improve SolidWorks PDM and Wrike Project management tools. This includes identifying and implementing beneficial new processes, techniques and add-ins.
o Coordinate transfer of data from legacy PLM into the PDM system.
o System administrator tasks as required, including system upgrades, testing and validation, user permissions, user accounts and workflow management.
o Support other departments with implementation and training within the PDM system.
o Mentor and train team members and new users on system utilization and best practices
o Perform administrative PDM Tasks: Documentation Release, workflows, set up of new project structures, document searches and CAD Library/Templates administration.

What You Need to Be Successful
o Candidates certified in Solidworks and Solidworks PDM admin are a plus.
o Experience with creating automation within Solidworks or other PDM sytems a plus.
