The IMS Team is looking for an extremely talented, growth-oriented professional to lead our sales team, manage our proposal efforts, and be a strategic leader for revenue growth. The Director of Technical Sales role is a critical one for our future, and we are seeking someone with a special combination of sales experience, technical flexibility, and leadership skills.
This person will be responsible for managing our technical sales/marketing team, overseeing proposal development, and leading marketing efforts. The Director of Technical Sales will coach and mentor team members while ensuring that IMS meets our sales goals.
This leader should have experience leading sales efforts for complex technical services, crafting competitive proposals and shortlist presentations, and thinking strategically about growth. He or she should be comfortable learning technical details and holding salespeople accountable for their goals.
