  • Sell admission for available entertainment activities
  • Efficiently check-in and greet customers with a smile
  • Promptly and accurately respond to customer inquiries
  • Host birthday parties and other events
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to customers and book events while handling a range of other requests
  • Follow-up with incoming requests for events
  • Clearly communicate event packages and capture potential up-sell opportunities
  • Consistently enter call details and client data into POS and CRM systems
  • Clearly communicate special customer requests for events
  • Cross train in other areas
  • Attend staff training and meeting events as required by Management Team
  • Accurate reporting
  • Open and/or close assigned areas according to procedure
  • Ensure smooth and efficient traffic flow in and through greeting lobby and into facility
  • Report safety concerns to Manager On Duty
  • Maintain cleanliness of greeting lobby, check-in area and restrooms
  • Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager, General Manager and other leadership
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Proficient reading, writing and math skills
  • WA State approved Food Handler’s Permit
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to relate to customers
  • Must be able to handle heavy inbound customer traffic and calls and capture potential leads
  • Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Quickly grasp and communicate new policies, event types and procedures
  • Exercise good judgment in personal actions and decisions
  • Must be able to prioritize tasks and have excellent organizational skills
  • Clearly set expectations for events and bookings to customers
  • Previous phone sales or reception experience is desired
  • Computer savvy and able to quickly and accurately process and close a sale
  • Ability to operate a 2-way radio
