Lead Supervisor
Description

The Lead Supervisor is responsible for Manager On Duty responsibilities and oversight of all daily operations functions of the facility including maintaining a safe and functional operating environment, meeting daily labor management goals, ensuring staff productivity, maintaining facility sanitation, and retaining overall responsibility for facility, equipment, safety, and staff.

Responsibilities including, but not limited to:

  • Oversee synchronize, update and troubleshoot Nerf, VR and Laser Tag systems and other entertainment equipment
  • Ensure staff know all products, procedures, promotions, events, and services
  • Maintain culture that embraces and ensures guest safety and satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Handle customer (internal and external) service issues with discretion, tact and professionalism
  • Ensure facility is clean, open and inviting to all
  • Develop, implement and enforce operations policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with Employee Safety & Health Plan in accordance with state and federal laws
  • Provide staff with a welcoming and mutually supportive work environment
  • Set workflow process, monitor employee projects and outcomes
  • Maintain security of confidential employee information in compliance with state and federal law
  • Open and close facility, “Manager on Duty” shifts including counting down cash tills
  • Ability to perform all roles in facility to support front line staff when needed
  • Other responsibilities as assigned


Requirements
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership, control and planning
  • Ability to handle multiple projects/assignments simultaneously
  • Customer/Client Industry Knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • 2 years preferred of personnel management (hospitality, restaurant, recreational facility background preferred)
  • Eligible Food Handler’s Permit (or willingness to obtain)
  • Familiarity with Google Drive and MS Office software including Word and Excel
  • Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Exercise good judgement in personal actions and decisions
  • Ability to operate a 2-way radio
