About Ayers Saint Gross
Ayers Saint Gross is an internationally recognized, employee-owned design firm with expertise in architecture, planning, landscape architecture, graphic design, interiors, and space analytics. Since our founding in 1912, we have built a reputation for designing environments of enduring value. With over 175 professionals, our design is driven by a critical and analytical discourse, a respect for past wisdom, a mind for future potential, and a belief that we have an obligation to leave places better than we found them. We are headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland with offices in Washington DC and Tempe, Arizona.
We are seeking a talented design professional to join the Ayers Saint Gross team as a Graphic Visualization Specialist (3d Artist). This professional is anticipated to start remotely and eventually sit in one of our existing offices: Baltimore, Phoenix, or Washington, DC.
As a Graphic Visualization Specialist, you will be actively involved in the development of architectural and planning projects in varying stages of development. The selected candidate will join a growing department that works directly with teams from the planning, landscape, and architecture studios to assist with rendering needs.
The ideal candidate has an eye for quality renderings, as well as a desire to explore new technologies. Please submit a design portfolio demonstrating an exceptional understanding of the principles of design, as well as a proficiency in 3d rendering.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong design and technical skills as well as an ability to contribute to an energetic process. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and independent with exceptional time-management skills.
Visualization is fast becoming the standard for communicating design vision and detail throughout the design process. Clients are increasingly interested in photorealistic imagery as well as project team members developing designs in Revit and Rhino to understand impacts of changes and use cases for hour developer and institutional clients. We are proud to offer this professional the opportunity to work side-by-side with our design leaders and clients in performing work that is both meaningful and critical to our projects’ success.
