This position is responsible for managing job boards and utilizing social media marketing to source candidates for designated roles and markets to facilitate recruitment for our recruiters. The individual will help to develop specific criteria used to identify top candidates for both existing and new positions for TalentBridge clients, as well as new sources of candidates to increase both quality and diversity of TalentBridge client workforces.
In this strategic role, the person must possess both marketing and intermediate excel and/or analytic skills. Recruiting experience is a plus.

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for all activities around sourcing candidates for designated roles and markets utilizing marketing and technology to populate Talent Communities of qualified candidates so that recruiters are able to focus on recruiting pre-identified candidates.
Establishment of Talent Communities
SSM shall create Talent Communities which shall be comprised of hotlists/attribute combinations for all key role/location combinations, so that recruiters can quickly access lists of qualified candidates for designated job orders. This shall be accomplished using the following means…
a) Strategic Sourcing Plans
SSM shall create and maintain detail sourcing plans for each role/location.
b) Sourcing/Recruitment Criteria:
SSM shall create/maintain active criteria for specific jobs and routinely (quarterly at minimum) evaluate the success of the criteria to ensure we are getting the best, as well as diverse/inclusive (as appropriate) talent.
Types of Advertising
c) Pipelining Candidates (via Technology – ie . Harvester Management)
SSM shall maintain harvesters for each role/location combination and regularly report on their success.
The SSM will assist the Marketing Director in conducting direct marketing to candidates either through email or social media to drive more activity and larger populations of qualified talent to talent communities.
e) Database Curation
SSM will regularly conduct outreach to candidates in the system to determine level of interest, availability and qualifications.
Job Board Management
Part of the responsibility of the SSM will be to routinely evaluate job board resources to ensure recruiters have access to the appropriate tools and that tools are being utilized to their fullest extent. Additionally, budgets for the tools must be maintained. Also responsible for sending out usage reports for job boards to key managers.
Education and Experience:
BS/BA degree or equivalent industry experience. Experience with data analytics strongly recommended. Demonstrated record of achievement in a position of similar scope and complexity.
