Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence (BBBSI) is the largest BBBS agency in the state and fourth largest in the nation. BBBSI seeks a Manager, Community-Based Enrollment & Match. Through effective leadership and guidance, the Manager, Community Base Enrollment & Match will be responsible for the overall management of a team that effectively implements enrollment and match practices in accordance with the BBBS brand and BBBSA Standards of Practice. This will include supervision of an Enrollment and Match department to ensure high-level performance and delivery of services and includes positive utilization of Team Leader staff to ensure high-level performance of the team. This position requires some workday and weekend travel to BBBSI office locations and agency events within our 7-county service area in Southeastern PA (Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties) and Southern NJ (Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester Counties).

Academic Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (OR an Associate’s Degree and a minimum 4 years relevant experience OR no degree but a minimum of 8 years relevant experience) required per national Agency requirements.
Professional Requirements: Must have demonstrated experience working with youth and adult populations; three to five years supervisory or Big Brothers Big Sisters agency experience required. Must have prior experience working with diverse populations and areas, and be flexible in order to accommodate job responsibilities. Must be able to work independently without close management and possess a strong customer/client focus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software packages required. Individual transportation required.
Additional Requirements: Daily and dependable access to a car, valid driver’s license, and meet state required automobile insurance minimums.
