The Sales Associate builds and enhances relationships with those who will bring groups to Warm Beach Camp Ministries. This position helps churches, schools, and non-profits maximize their mission through Warm Beach Camp Ministries. Working in cooperation with the Marketing and Guest Services Teams, the Sales Associate is responsible primarily for new bookings that have not been here in the past year. The person in this position shall, at all times, demonstrate cooperative behavior towards colleagues, guests and leadership. Regular attendance is essential for this position.

Warm Beach Camp Ministries exist to share the hope and love of Christ through camping ministries and experiences in the Pacific Northwest.
At Warm Beach Camp and Conference Center, our mission is to provide Christ-centered environments, experiences and resources to draw people to God through camping ministries, conferences and events.
At Black Diamond Camp, our mission is to inspire Christ-like change through outdoor adventure, authentic relationships and biblical truth.
At Rainier Camp and Retreat Center, our mission is to provide Christ-centered hospitality to groups seeking adventure in God's wild creation.
This is a full-time, year-round position.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in marketing or communications; or three to five years of sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
