Marketing Campaign Manager

The Marketing Campaign Manager fills a key role with the R2i marketing team.  Our ideal candidate is a digital marketing enthusiast with the ability to design, lead and manage marketing communications, campaign planning, campaign execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns for this market-leading digital agency. This highly motivated and data-driven person possesses demonstrated skills to drive digital marketing campaigns and improve program effectiveness. The Marketing Campaign Manager will define the develop campaign-specific strategies, define campaign calendar, oversee visual design and messaging, determine an appropriate channel mix, and be expected to achieve/exceed campaign performance goals. This position is responsible for architecting and executing a new series of campaigns that increase the awareness of R2i and our brand.

Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record for driving lead generation, client acquisition and producing timely, accurate marketing funnel response metrics (MQL/SQL/CPQL, etc.)


  • Develop, implement, operate and grow successful and profitable marketing campaigns; managing to both engagement and response rate targets
  • Drive revenue growth through ongoing A/B creative testing 
  • Manage and optimize lead flow across touchpoints to help drive pipeline
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on results
  • Oversee creative development based on industry and brand needs 
  • Collaborate with content and design team to promote new assets across multiple channels, such as website, content syndication, social media, and others
  • Identify opportunities with current or new partners/publishers



  • Strong B2B marketing experience in planning and executing cross channel marketing campaigns
  • Ability to analyze marketing metrics, quantitative evaluations of planned and completed marketing efforts, establishing test methodologies, and analyzing results
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices in digital marketing, especially email
  • Experience managing marketing communications budget and ROI optimization
  • Solid foundation in marketing operations, systems, technologies for direct and digital tools
  • Experience using marketing technology such as Salesforce, Marketo, Terminus, etc.
  • Solid project management skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in a sales-culture environment  
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) knowledge and demonstrated alignment with CSO/CRO
  • Track record producing measurable results with a transferrable methodology to obtain them
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience or other relevant online campaign management experience
  • Outstanding analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Problem solving skills 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively, lead cross-functionally and resolve issues quickly, amenably, and effectively
  • Understanding of website and online advertising metrics, including a track record of success (revenue contribution) in a quantifiable business environment
  • Strong program management and skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Team player with an orientation toward supporting sales and customer service
  • Experience creating an online experience preferred
