Description

We are seeking a full-time Client Associate to join Laird Norton Wealth Management (LNWM),the Pacific Northwest's largest independent wealth management firm. LNWM is dedicated to helping high-net-worth individuals, families and foundations make the most of their wealth now and for generations to come. 


As a member of the client services team, the Client Associate will assist Client Advisors and Client Analysts in implementing a comprehensive wealth management strategy for our clients. Specifically, the Client Associate will provide administrative support to the advisory team, including client account tracking, data gathering, and the preparation of reports and presentations for client meetings.

Requirements

Qualifications: The ability to work effectively within a high energy team environment is key to success in this position. We are looking for someone with expert level Microsoft Office skills, outstanding problem-solving skills, strong client service and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and who demonstrates a willingness to do what it takes to support the team and the clients. 


This position includes providing administrative support to the team, fiduciary administration, data gathering, and preparation of reports and presentations for client meetings. Prior experience in private wealth management, client services or operations is a plus. Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience in the financial services industry is required.
