Streetsense is looking for a savvy and strategic Content Marketing Strategist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience working with global/enterprise brands in the tech and real estate industries, and is well-versed in developing customer journeys, mapping out email segmentation and marketing strategies, writing copy, and understanding social platform targeting capabilities—specifically to get in front of IT decision makers and commercial real estate brokers—across Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and maybe (one day!) even TikTok. This person serves as both strategist and content developer, switching seamlessly between developing high-level campaign ideas and content dissemination strategies to writing detailed copy to launch new products in to the market and position our clients as thought leaders. The ideal candidate also keeps a pulse on industry trends and especially social media platform news to keep our team and clients on the cutting edge of new features, functionalities, ad units and products that can reach target customers and drive KPIs, whether it’s reach, engagements, engagement rate, open rate or CTR. 

Above all, they’re a big thinker and a “doer” who is comfortable with ambiguity, thrives on problem-solving, and can roll up their sleeves to get things done while maintaining a sense of humor through it all.

Roles + Responsibilities 

  • Collaborate with account managers, performance marketing specialists, and creatives to develop new product and thought leadership campaign strategies built for the digital environment 
  • Provide ongoing POV documents on the evolving social media landscape as it relates to reaching B2B audiences, particularly IT decision makers 
  • Liaise with social media account reps to develop pilot programs around new platform features and capabilities, working with our clients to establish KPIs, advise on budgets, and define successful outcomes 
  • Monitor competitors in the B2B space and regularly report on new campaigns and content marketing techniques that our clients should be aware of 
  • Write copy that captures the B2B voice and brings content strategies to life, whether through social media posts, LinkedIn articles, blogs, advertorials, or emails
  • Provide analysis and insights in campaign wrap-up reports and quarterly business reviews, with strong opinions on what worked, what didn’t, and what to do differently going forward 
  • 5-7 years of marketing and communications experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field 
  • Previous experience with enterprise B2B brands, tech and real estate preferred  
  • Demonstrated familiarity with a breadth of social media platforms and how to use them to reach B2B audiences 
  • Excellent writing, editing and communication skills
  • Honed presentation skills and comfort presenting to C-level audiences
  • Experience analyzing data to develop insights and takeaways
  • Excellent time management
