TPD is seeking an experienced engineer who will be responsible for managing roadway design projects related PennDOT Highway Occupancy (HOP). Primary responsibilities will include project management, design management, personnel management, business development, budgeting, and proposal preparation.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated record of managing and delivering agency projects in Pennsylvania and possibly other nearby states.
