Description

We are seeking a full-time Investment Associate to join Laird Norton Wealth Management (LNWM), the Pacific Northwest's largest independent wealth management firm. LNWM is dedicated to helping high-net-worth individuals, families and foundations make the most of their wealth now and for generations to come. 


As a member of the investment strategy and research team, the Investment Associate will assist the CIO and investment analysts in conducting manager research and due diligence, supporting the firm’s investment research process. Specifically, the Investment Associate will assist in preforming manager search activities, preparing investment research materials and presentations, providing support for investment information and processes.

Requirements

The ability to work effectively within a high energy team environment is key to success in this position. We are looking for someone with expert level Microsoft Office, excellent research and analysis skills, strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and who demonstrates a willingness to do what it takes to support the team and our clients.


Prior experience in financial services or wealth management is required; direct experience with investments or manager research is a plus. Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience in the financial services industry is required. Prior experience in financial software, such as Bloomberg or Morningstar, is a plus. Interest in obtaining a CFA is preferred.
