Technical Recruiter II – Talent Acquisition

Overall responsibility:  The technical recruiter will be responsible for managing the full life-cycle recruitment process. Consults with management during the staffing process and manage the candidate experience. Responsible for creating and implementing innovated sourcing strategies that result in a robust pipeline.


  • Execute all facets of the recruiting process from sourcing through to the offer, negotiation and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies for each role.
  • Develop strong understanding of our business and create a compelling value proposition to sell opportunities to passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong network of passive candidates through external and internal networking.
  • Provide expert advice, data/metrics, to hiring managers to support key recruiting decisions
  • Conduct and facilitate job fairs and recruiting events. 
  • Provide regular status updates on recruitment efforts, communicate early warnings, and provide feedback about the performance of the recruitment process.
  • Assist with other HR functions if needed. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from an accredited college or university plus a minimum of two (2) years of experience in the specific or related field. Or High School Diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of four (4) years of experience in the field.

Other Experience:

  • Must have prior technical recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house corporate).
  • 3 – 5 years of experience with full cycle recruiting in a high volume environment (20+ requisitions). 
  • Strong communication and writing skills with ability to influence. 
  • Understand and communicate compensation practices and incentive programs.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, recruiting and HRIS software.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, along with state and federal labor law compliance.
