Job Title: Volunteer Program Manager

Job Status: Non-exempt, Hourly, Full-time
Pay Range: $45,900 to$52,000
Primary Location: New Center/Detroit & Remote

The Volunteer Manager has the opportunity to manage, develop and elevate the volunteer services program; supervising volunteer leaders, identifying strategies and creating systems to maximize the talent of our skilled volunteers. They are responsible for planning, managing and promoting an ongoing volunteer services program that engages individual volunteers, corporate volunteerism, interns, community groups, etc. They will be responsible for the implementation of the volunteer engagement, on-boarding and retention activities at Accounting Aid Society. This individual will systematically recruit new and returning volunteers to meet program volunteer goals, ensure volunteers attain required certification levels, and engage volunteers to improve their volunteer experience.
