We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager on our travel team. Your first project will be located in Cincinnati, Ohio--a 14 story residential building. As Senior Project Manager, you will work closely with the client to help them complete their construction goals and realize their true vision while developing a partnership and long-term relationship. As an ideal Senior PM, you have passion for building and broad construction knowledge in the areas of field operations, safety, quality, project management, preconstruction, client relationships, and strategy.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or similar programs, and a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project management. Broad knowledge of project management tools, construction equipment, construction methods, and commonly used building materials. Demonstrated success in all aspects of the Project Management position. Working knowledge of any of the following software is a plus: CMiC, OnCenter, Timberline, PlanGrid, Revit and/or Bluebeam.
