We are seeking an full time administrative assistant to join our office team. This position will provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and is a mission critical component to our care.
Supervision: Receive supervision from the Chief Financial Officer
Employment Status: Hourly, non-exempt
Essential Job Functions (including but not limited to):
(a) Oversee pre-printed orders
(b) Oversee verbal orders
(c) Ensure physicians and care facilities have all updates in a timely manner
(d) Assist with faxing, copying, scanning and uploading medical records as needed
(e) Ensure ICH staff have timely access to medical records
Licensure: None required.
Education: High School Diploma.
Experience: Computer, office management and public relations preferred.
Schedule: Monday 8AM through Friday, 5PM and available for holiday rotation schedule
