Early Childhood Assistant Director

The Assistant Director position is performed on a full time basis. The primary function of the Assistant Director includes supervision, coordination and guidance of the Academy in conjunction with the Academy Director and the Program Coordinator. The Assistant Director will be directly involved with day to day office management as well as staff supervision and parent support using a team approach.


Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. A minimum of 18 hours of college courses directly related to Early Childhood Care and Education and/or Child Development from birth to age 6. Must have at least 3 semester hours in leadership, management or administration.
