The Inside Sales Representative helps generate and facilitate sales for the United States Gold Bureau. In this role, you will make outbound calls to current and potential clients who have already expressed interest in learning more about investing in precious metals, through our extensive marketing platforms.

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities and Duties
- Prospect and call inbound leads
- Work with interested customers to find a solution to help protect their hard earned money, and investment portfolios.
- Stay organized by tracking activity in our CRM
- One on one sales interactions with customers, via phone and email
- Promotional sales and marketing
- Enhancing sales skills on a daily basis
- Creating a positive buying experience
- Generate leads through target account selling, outbound prospecting, and calling on leads from multiple sources
- Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and develop interest to stimulate opportunity
- Action activity levels of between 100-200 calls per day
- Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on product, industry changes, and competitive landscape
- Follow up on a high volume of new leads in a timely manner
