Position Posting: PARKING LOT ATTENDANTS
City Theatre Company, Pittsburgh’s leading professional theater dedicated to new plays, seeks to hire a roster of PARKING LOT ATTENDANTS. These part-time, exempt positions will welcome and assist audience members attending performances. City Theatre operates surface parking lots with a total of approximately 50 available spots for patron use. These positions report to the Patron Services Manager. City Theatre intends to hire up 4-6 individuals for the positions.
Schedule and shifts are tied to City Theatre public performances and venue rental events. On average, there are over 200 events and performances each year that utilize the parking. Average shift will be 2-4 hours.

Requirements of position:
City Theatre has implemented a series of mitigation practices against Covid-19. All staff, artists, and volunteers must provide proof of being fully-vaccinated from Covid-19 as a condition of employment (with allowances for documented and approved medical and religious exceptions only). Audience members are also required to present proof of vaccination and all indoor events require masks to be worn by all.
Reporting & Compensation:
These positions are supervised by the Patron Services Manager. This is part-time (non-exempt), hourly employment. The rate of pay is $13/hour. Attendants must be available for at least two shifts per week (eight hours), on average, with up to 30 hours per week possible, though not guaranteed, during scheduled performances.
