Windy City Fieldhouse (WCF) seeks motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Manager on Duty (MOD) Team. Our MODs oversee and manage our 55,000 square foot multipurpose sports facility during the evenings and weekends. Our facility provides rental space to families and individuals along with various youth, adult and corporate organizations throughout the Chicagoland area.

Additional part-time opportunities are available to work throughout the year.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day of facility schedule & our Front Desk, Operation & Birthday staff
• Ensure setups are done correctly and on time
• Ensure facility cleanliness with help of Operations staff
• Report any facility or rental group concerns to management
• Answer basic questions and gather customer information (both in-person & over the phone) related to our in house youth programs, court rentals and birthday parties
• Train Front Desk and Operations staff as needed
• Act as point of contact for all rental groups and birthday parties
• Deal with staffing concerns as they arise
• Handle complaints with professionalism
• Meet with upper management to stay up-to-date with building policies, concerns and changes

• Must be able to work 2-4 shifts per week
• Must have evening & weekend availability
• 3-5 years of customer service experience, management experience preferred
• Strong communication, customer service and time management skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to multitask & work in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to lift 30+lbs
• Sports facility experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not required
• Ability to work year round is a plus
