Windy City Fieldhouse (WCF) seeks motivated and hardworking individuals to join our Facility Operations Team. Our Operations team assists in setting up and cleaning our 55,000 square foot multipurpose sports facility during the evenings and weekends. Our facility provides rental space to families and individuals along with various youth, adult and corporate organizations throughout the Chicagoland area.

Additional part-time opportunities are available to work throughout the year.

Responsibilities:

• Setup and changeover courts as needed for various sports such as volleyball, soccer and floor hockey
• Perform janitorial tasks to ensure cleanliness of facility
• Report any facility or rental group concerns to the Front Desk
• Enforce facility rules and policies

• Must be able to work 2-4 shifts per week
• Must have evening & weekend availability
• 1-2 years of janitorial experience
• Ability to lift 30+lbs
• Comfortable standing & moving for long periods of time
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not required
