The ideal candidate is a creative marketing professional with a strong writing background, excellent story-telling skills, and relevant experience developing content that appeals to B2B audiences. You will have a working knowledge of SEO, so that content you develop is optimized for search terms that lead prospective clients to raise their hand to speak with our sales staff.
To be successful, you’ll work closely with the demand generation team to create a clearly defined content marketing calendar. You’ll work with third party agencies to produce relevant content and manage thought leadership initiatives. Your work will support scalable, performance-driven campaigns that engage, educate and service our customers and prospects.
The Marketing Content Manager will have a keen sense of what types of messages, stories, conversations, and engagement models make sense with different audiences, roles, and levels.
Minimum Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BA or BSc) in Marketing, Communications, or similar from an accredited college or university plus a minimum of two (2) years of experience in the related field preferred; alternatively, a high school diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of four (4) years of experience in the related field. 6-7 years of B2B communications and content marketing experience, including strong strategic planning and content development for both sales and marketing.
