About the Job:
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Customer Insights to lead insights development on our current and future customers. You will report to the VP of Strategy and serve as an internal consultant supporting cross-cutting strategic initiatives and the needs of specific business units (eg, Marketing, Product).
You are a self-starter with a passion for audience research who is able to quickly assess business needs and bring structured, actionable insights. You will establish and maintain a well-organized customer insights library designed to support a growing business. You will dive deep on targeted projects, as well as establish a regular cadence to understand the competitive landscape and the health and needs of our existing and future consumers.
You will identify which insights tools are best suited to answering research questions, lead qualitative and quantitative data collection, and package findings in a way that makes your insights digestible and actionable for a variety of audiences.
