Reports to: Assistant Tasting Room Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To include the following, others may be assigned.
Sustain a Supply of Tools of Service
• Wash & Buff wine glasses
• Wash & Buff water glasses and cheese plates
• Keep water pitchers full and ready for service
• Plate additional cheese plates if needed throughout the day
Maintain a Presentable Space
• Clear, Wipe & Re-set tasting tables
• Keep Kitchen area organized and presentable at all times
• Keep kitchen floor dry and wiped of spills at all times
• Spot sweep as needed throughout the tasting room area.
• Assist Hospitality team members as needed

Education and Experience
A customer service attitude and a strong work ethic are a must for this position. Candidates must present themselves well and possess strong verbal communication skills. Restaurant experience preferred, but not required if the candidate is organized, can multi-task and is team oriented.
The physical demands of the job may include standing for long periods of time and moving at a quick pace. One must be able to lift upwards of 35 pounds.
The work environment of this position involves working in close quarters with the Hospitality Team and our consumers.
