  • Onboarding of new hires 
  • Job Postings
  • Sending training checklists and videos to new hires and promoted employees
  • Check references for potential candidates as needed
  • Run background checks 
  • Log disciplinary action forms
  • Assist in verifying payroll
  • Employment verification letters
  • Assist with warehouse processors recruiting and orientation
  • Prepare Purchase Orders for department supplies
  • Prepare and send birthday cards – monthly
  • Prepare and send anniversary certificates – monthly
Requirements

HS Diploma or equivalent is required

Minimum of 6 months experience in an office environment

Ability to work with people at any level

Team Player and ability to work in a fast paced work environment

Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish /English)

Strong organization skills

Able to prioritize projects and multitask while maintaining high degree of attention to detail

Ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to learn human resource information system
